We do our best to help you with renting the property you chose under the most optimal conditions. We guarantee to you that the contract concluded at our agency will also represent your interests.

On demand short term, temporary or indeterminate contract of lease can also be concluded. In general, before moving in a caution-money equal to two months’ rent shall be deposited plus one month’s rent shall be paid unless otherwise agreed.

The caution-money deposited serves as a security against damages possibly caused (unpaid invoices, non-payment of rent, damage, waste, possible wear and tear or disappearance of furnishings recorded in the inventory sheet). The caution-money cannot be settled as a rent in the last months; it cannot be included in the rent and upon settling of accounts it shall be due back.

Utility cost generally involves the cost of electricity, water, gas (heating). The common cost differs from utility cost, it generally involves: refuse collection fee, common electricity and water, cleaning and gardening.

Further services also include communication of the sub-lessor, counseling or on demand recommendation of cleaners or repairmen. I am looking forward to your visit at our agency!
